I bet once this CBA is agreed upon (and teams know what they cap is) lots of trades will go down. I think there are a lot of deals that are "in-place" but teams are waiting to see how they will be effected next year.

It's unfortunate but as of right now Burke isn't looking too hard for a goalie. Kicking tires is one thing, but actually putting the peddle down, to try and make a deal is another.
But as for today's signings..... Mark Fraser and Holzer were shut down studs last yr. remember when Burke said he's bottom pairing dmen, are to be the grit, the plumbers, well.... Here you go leaf nation!!!!
Komi could very easily wind up in new York (islander) due to the deal that fell throug with the ducks. Franson won't sign until he knows he's role. So basically bye bye franson
If only he had taken the original Kessel deal (for Kabs and the 1st rounder that turned out to be Kadri) we'd have Kessel and Seguin and Dougie Hamilton (or someone else decent) and we'd be ballers! Backing out of that trade is pretty much gonna cost him his job and the Leafs any hope at making the playoffs in the next 3 years
