We need a thread for everything that is not thread worthy imo. Not an off topic thread, this is an on topic thread. We can discuss teams and players from leagues that don't have threads, post videos (apparently that youtube thread I made went missing) etc

Hmm.. So you don't want threads in the soccer forum about actual soccer? This forum is filled with dumb re-draft threads. We want the quality of this forum to go up and generate news to get more posters in here not the opposite. In a sense I agree since there are so many clubs for just one big soccer forum but when there are re-draft threads taking up most of the space it just doesn't look right.

Random news from Asia or Africa or European countries that not everyone knows stuff about don't need threads imo. You can close this if you want. I don't think making a thread for a movement Panathinaikos has started 1 month ago is thread worthy in a North American forum

It's 100% about the sport, not an off topic thread. If you don't like it you can just close it. We've had so many threads sink and become non visible though since we can only view 3 pages of threads in the soccer forum, some were very good.

Did anyone watch that Uruguay and United Arab Emirates game in the olympics?

I was really impressed by some of the UAE players especially one called Omar Abdul Rokmon, i dont think i spelled that correct but he was number 15. Such a complete player from what i saw, they way he moved with and without the ball.
