I kind of understand why I was banned for posting a youtube video with partial nudity...but the guy who banned me had a girl in his sig with her bare *** showing, which is also considered porn by PSD rules. All that was asked of him, was to edit his sig.

to make things worse, in the description of why I was banned, he stated that "he considered a perma ban, because it wasnt boobies..." somehow suggesting that some nudity is fine, but others arent.

I feel like you're just being petty. You absolutely enjoyed HumbleHotGenius prior to this and you have to admit that there's a difference between a sig pic showing an *** - anyone's *** and a video of a guy's junk (or woman's twat) that has 0 warning for people clicking on it.

And my intentions were to get a laugh or two, which I got...my thoughts when I posted the link, was, this video is hilarious, and may catch people off guard...I used it being a youtube video as an excuse for it being okay...which, I can understand why it wasnt.

No, but I was glad that I saw you were banned before I clicked because the link had not yet been removed and that's not my kind of humor at all. Plus, there was no warning and at least sig pics you can block if you want.

Finally, my issue is when people get upset and petty about being punished, whine about it and the end result is just further restriction on everbody when all the complainer wanted was to get someone in trouble.

and yes, i am kind of hoping this guy gets a similar ban to me, as it was a similar offense...again, dont bring up the issue of there being a spectrum of PG13 nudity, and M nudity, as you have not seen the video i posted, which was partial nudity.

But maybe a restriction isnt such a bad thing for everyone. I am not going to push the issue in the feedback and support forum, but PSD is walking a thin line of being a softcore porn site, and a sports site. When I am reading a thread about Lebron Jame's hairline, and my wife looks over my shoulder asking why I am looking at women on a website, it leaves me to wonder why a sports site resembles a soft core porn site so much.

Most people wouldn't consider an exposed *** (where you can at least argue she was wearing a thong) or exposed breasts (as long as the areola isn't showing) to be porn at least not on such a young male-dominated site. As for his comment, I thought he was just trying to be friendly/joke about it. Chances are that since it was such a random mod that someone reported it and he had no choice but to ban you.

No, I initially posted it in the general forums discussion, which jetsforever (mod who banned me) is on a lot of times...that is where the initial ban came from. It just shows my ignorance a bit more, that I decided to post it in the off topic thread as well...I did not find it to be offensive at all, but can understand the ban. What I cannot grasp, is why this guy thinks his softcore nudity is fine to post, and my softcore nudity was not. I feel as if some other mod stumbled upon the link, they would have deleted it, and sent me an infraction, or a PM saying that that was pushing the limits...because it just simply wasnt that ridiculous of a video...when I did get banned, I figure the other mods just had to agree with him at that point, or just didnt have enough to reduce the ban.
