I don't see how you take Harper at this point. the last guy who exploded on the scene like Trout was Fricking Pooholes. And he didn't even perform as well. I don't think there is much of a doubt that Trout is the MVP in the AL right now. Harper has the potential to be a better player. But picking on potential when what is probably the best season for a rookie ever sits in front of you is silly. Behind box A is a million dollars. you can see it feel it touch it Behind box B is somewhere between 500,000 and 1,250,000. Which do you take?

Definitely Trout. I don't see how you could say Harper has a higher ceiling either. He might have more power, but Trout's hitting skills and speed are on another level right now. I don't Harper will ever match that.
