    Start carbing up Mason!
Special Special Yes you are..your a special posting star!

    - Jockey's can't weigh more then about 126 LBS per regulations.

    As for Mason Williams..

Guess you didn't see where he's bulked up to about 185-190?

For your other question, he was drafted in 2010. Two full seasons.

Good, that is more like it...150 in the majors would not cut it in my book.

I got that off of baseball-reference.com.

This site also shows him as 6' 150
    http://www.milb.com/milb/stats/stats...pbp&pid=592863

But then this is from March 2012:

Coming out of high school, Williams stood at 6'0" tall, but weighed just 150 pounds. Scouts were impressed with his athleticism, but he lacked the ability to hit for power because of his wiry frame. However, Williams has worked hard to bulk up, now weighing close to 175 pounds with added power.

His dad, Derwin Williams, played football for the Patriots. He was a small wide receiver (6'0" 180).

According to a few subscriber only websites he's gained a lot since he was drafted at 150. At least 20 pounds. Not sure who's more accurate but I'm guessing a pay website would have more resources devoted towards obtaining that information than milb.com or baseballreference.com

I agree that Culver shouldn't be on this list, but I think there are others who should be on it over Cote. That's not a slight at Cote but it says more about the incredible depth of our system these days.

That BA list is by far the best list I've seen so far.

Yeah, I think that list is more on point than any of the other ones I've seen.

    mlb.com/MLBNetwork doing their Top 100 list -

    #75 - Tyler Austin
    #41 - Mason Williams
    #36 - Gary Sanchez

A little surprised Heathcott didn't crack the top 100

Yeah, I'm surprised too. Especially after he tore up the AFL

That means we are below average. If there are 30 teams, each team should have 3.3 guys in the Top 100.

    We suck. Last place.

I don't put much stock in the MLB.com top 100, especially with some of the guys who are included on that list in lieu of Heathcott. After his performance when healthy in 2012 and his ridiculous performance in the AFL, I don't see him being excluded from many other top 100 lists. If he is, it will be misguided.
