I say pass on Iggy now. Yeah 5 years ago yeah. His game was mainly slash to the hoop and plus 1. Already had that in Maggette. Yeah Maggette was a worse defender then Iggy. But still. Wouldn't waste my time now. I'd take our own Harris over Iggy now. We jinx most new acquired vets shooting % any way. Every player we get in trade or sign gets worse.
I dont know if this is a very reliable source, but the WI sports blog twitter account is saying some pretty interesting things about some moves the Bucks might be involved in. Says the Heat may be interested in Dalembert and that we are one of a few teams that seem suitable for Rudy Gay.

I wouldn't part with no picks or young assets for Rudy Gay. But I would unload the likes of the usual suspects.

Stats say other wise. Like I say in my own quote which you quoted worse defender. All Iggy does more is get maybe a steal more a game for career average. Rest about the same. Both slash to the hoop and plus one.

I'd take Rudy Gay with Brandon Jennings anyway. That **** would be sick.

Don't like the made up trade where we toss in Lamb or Harris with Ellis to get Rudy. Rudy is a sf any way. Why we do that then make another hole at sg? Would be different if we got to keep Ellis and had our own little big 3 yet again. But i'm sure then we need expiring's and a pick. That probably wont be enough. Hate to part with any young players. Also even if we landed Rudy Gay. Then if we still have Moute and Harris. They wont begetting many minutes cause Gay be getting 30+ minutes easy. Well yeah Moute could get pf minutes. But Henson been getting some minutes lately like to see that continue.Milwaukee Bucks
Other teams are trying to figure out whether Milwaukee prefers Monta Ellis or Brandon Jennings long-term, but Ellis’s semi-expiring contract could work as a “best of both worlds” centerpiece for the Grizz. Ellis doesn’t bring the reliable long-range shooting Memphis sorely needs, but he can be a productive scoring guard under the right circumstances, even if he’s sort of a super-charged Jerryd Bayless. The Grizz need some creativity off the bench, and they have plenty of defensive stalwarts to cover for one sieve. A package of Ellis and Doron Lamb works and gets Memphis under the tax. The Bucks could put seldom-used Tobias Harris in Lamb’s spot, giving Memphis a promising small forward and opening up the wing a bit more for Gay.
Small forward is already very crowded in Milwaukee, with Mike Dunleavy Jr., Marquis Daniels, and Luc Richard Mbah a Moute splitting minutes. Dealing Ellis would leave a giant hole at shooting guard, but it’s the kind of move a team in Milwaukee’s place — small market, unattractive to elite free agents — might make with the future in mind more than the present. If you can’t get an “A” star with the kind of cap room Milwaukee might have this summer, why not take a shot at an overpaid “B” star in the hope he develops into an “A-” guy on your dime? Milwaukee’s cap room for this summer depends on Ellis declining his own player option anyway, and the Bucks could make up the difference between Ellis’s deal and Gay’s by using the amnesty provision (remember that?) on Drew Gooden.
The Bucks have never liked the idea of paying Gooden (or anyone else) to go away, and my hunch is that they're not likely to get involved with Memphis here. But there might be a workable deal, especially if Gay wants out of the ultra-competitive Western Conference.
This is just something i came up with. http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine
Gooden can play center with Larry. Udoh is really the only guy i would miss in the trade. Maybe Daniels. I would say put Dunleavy in the deal but i just think hes to much of an impact on the bench. Not to mention hes a great guy for Harris to learn from. I dont know, was just messing around at halftime of my Bengals game!

I'm not opposed to giving up Harris. I we get gay, I would hope he'd be around for a few years and Harris is pretty much blocked then either way. I would hope we could swing a second deal and maybe trade Sammy d for someone's bench sg so we can at least have one legit sg.

Celtics close to trading for Cousins. Looks like a poo poo platter they offer to get Cousins.

They make fun of the Celtics rumor. I thought it was funny.
