    Divisions Voting

Please know which teams you are going to vote for in each division as all divisions are in the same survey process. You are voting for who you think wins the division.

Refer to the Divisions thread for all the teams involved in the voting. Please vote honestly. Results will be announced when most GMs have completed the voting process.

Your vote will not count if:
-Voting has been completed with the same username. [In this case I will personally contact the GM to confirm]
-Voting has been completed with an unrecognizable or fake username.
    -The survey is incomplete.
-If zero intelligence or dishonesty is assumed, i.e. voting for a rebuilding team.

    Here is my lineup

    Cole-Plekanec-B. Gionta
    Pacioretty-Galchenyuk-Tarasenko
    Eller-Handzus-Dupuis
    Moen-Gordon-Pyatt
    S. Gionta

    Markov-Gorges
    Subban-Robidas
    Kaberle-Hamrlik
    Diaz

    Price-Garon

I was only able to do so much with this team given the obnoxious contracts I came into this thing with. I was able to totally revamp the defense by adding guys like Hamrlik who was the Capitals best defenseman in the playoffs this year and Robidas who is arguably one of the most underrated players in all of the NHL. This defense is the best that has ever played in front of Price and is IMO a top 3 defense in this mock.

I also went out and got Price a veteran back-up who has the ability to play more games than any other back-up behind Price has ever done. This will keep Price fresh throughout the season and more focused. Garon is no slouch either as he played quite well behind an awful Tampa defense and put up good numbers while exonerating playoff hero Dwayne Roloson from the year before.

I created an impressive bottom six for them which is something they did not have last season. I believe this bottom six to be among the leagues best. My top six isn't perfect and may be the biggest shortcoming here but I can expect Gionta to bounce back. Pacioretty is only going to improve and Plekanec is another one of those vastly underrated guys. Cole was one of the view positive things for the Habs last season and he remains in the top 6. Yes I do have two rookies starting in my top 6 but they are significant young players. Tarasenko will be rookie of the year this year without question. He has been playing in KHL for years now and is physically and mentally mature. He holds this advantage over guys like Yakupov, Hamilton, etc. Galchenyuk is a bit of a risk, but I believe his size and skill set make him NHL ready. We expect he and Tarasenko to take over the league going into the future.

I also managed to draft Pontus Aberg in the second round which is IMO a steal, my youth is exceptional with Nathan Beaulieu, Jared Tinordi, Alex Galchenyuk, Valdimir Tarasenko, Pontus Aberg, PK Subban, Lars Eller, Max Pacioretty, and Carey Price.

I believe we are a playoff team now, and an elite team in the future

two rookies on one line is just begging for trouble. It could payoff, but it could hurt big time.

Carlznerson: Vallorani signed to the Hershey Bears. This kid is really really talented I tell ya.

If he ever becomes a Cap I will brag to the world that I sat in front of him in marketing class. Goofy kid, always made fun of this Asian kid that was in his group who stuttered a lot (no it wasn't me fools).

Depth it out better, I'd do this

    Clowe - Duchene - Eriksson
    Landeskog - Jokinen - Umberger
McGinn - Ott - Brassard [not necessarily a fan of Brassard on the wing, but Ott should get more playing time than on a 4th line]
    Park - Mueller - Knuble

I don't know Nothing's really better than any other...

What about the Lightning? I've basically replaced JT Brown, JT Wyman and Tim Wallace with Michael Grabner, Jarett Stoll and Matt Beleskey. While completely redoing the bottom 4 on defense. Which went from Brett Clark, Brian Lee, Brendan Mikkelson, Bruno Gervais/MA Bergeron to Tim Gleason, Dennis Wideman, Greg Zanon and Jakub Kindl

While upgrading the net immensely by getting Kari Lehtonen.

Ryan Malone - Steven Stamkos - Martin St. Louis
Michael Grabner - Vincent Lecavalier - Teddy Purcell
Matt Beleskey - Jarret Stoll - Brett Connolly
Dana Tyrell - Nate Thompson - Tom Pyatt
    call up: Chad Rau

    Eric Brewer - Victor Hedman
    Tim Gleason - Dennis Wideman
    Greg Zanon - Jakub Kindl
    call up: Evan Oberg

    Kari Lehtonen
    Anders Lindback
    call up: Cedric Desjardins/Dustin Tokarski
Wow. That team has Stanley Cup written all over it. BJR, that might be the best team in the whole Mock, fo sho'
    On Dan Bylsma:

“I can remember being on such a perch, or at least trying to climb over the boards to get at somebody to make a point. And I thought Dan Bylsma should have taken off his skirt and gone over there.”

I gotta go with the Capitals. One hell of a young team was built there.

Reason: Had crap to work with and was able to acquire some nice pieces and able to keep his team intact for the most part. Got Galchenyuk and Tarasenko as well. Two top prospects in the NHL. Also great guy to negotiate with, if that has any say in this.
I second this, great person to deal with, very nice had nothing to work with, made some new moves. Set the Habs up for the future nicely

The Wings line-up is at the bottom of our clubhouse (post 6). I'm trying to get it to the top but Pidg has the original post and is working.

We will see lol. Where do we argue, because honestly arguing is my favorite part. Or are we just waiting for matchups to do that?

Write ups used to be something that were encouraged then sort of ran out of popularity. You can argue in your teams page. But, really no one usually considers it. LMAO.
