2nd Annual Fantasy Football League(s) Sign Up

We're a little over a month and half from the season beginning. We had 16 teams last year and I think there was one or two that wanted join that was left out. This year, I believe the consensus was to make two leagues. Since we're looking at potentially 16-24 teams, I thought it might be a good idea to get the ball rolling now. Please only sign up if you're interested and will dedicated. It sucks when you just have dead teams.

I had a poll made to see what site we wanted to do our league in. Last year it was Yahoo, but I believe there was some talk of switching sites. I added the other option in case I forgot or didn't mention one you like.

I was planning on just using a standard ppr (points per reception) league although I'm up for suggestions on changes.

So yeah, just put your name down if interested.

Enjoyed last years very much good time i am in but definitely think NFL.com is a way better site for fantasy football then yahoo.com

I will be in hopefully I can make the draft this year so I dont get hosed with a crappy team again. I think there is going to have to be two leagues of 12 or something, then championship games of the two leagues whoever scores the highest is the PSD Broncos champion?? Yahoo or ESPN!!

Definitely a good thing to bring up. This is if we wanted to do a playoff system, which I've found the majority support. What we could do is start out at week earlier for playoffs at week 13 instead of week 14. We'd have 6 teams from each get in. 4 WCs and 2 byes. The top 2 in each league would be playing at week 15.

For week 16, I could just create a "Championship" league where I'd implement the rosters of the two finalists. I'd of course provide the link to everyone and invite the two owners to take over the teams.

The other option would be to have no playoffs, it'd just be like the English Premier League where it'd be a table ranking. We'd go all 17 weeks and whoever out of the 24 teams has the best record would win. If there was a tie in record, the points would be the tie.

I'm usually for the just a table ranking, but with the size if we were to do an ultimate winner (which I think we should), it'd probably be better to do the playoffs.
