Oh, by the way, Bautista has been tested some absurd number of times since his breakout campaign. If he's "juicing" it's some secret gene therapy.

This is a really easy issue. Performance enhancement should only be banned in forms that have negative health outcomes. If it can be done safely, it should be allowed.

The impact on children playing the game needs to be considered as well. If a certain substance were safe for an adult but not a teenager, it should probably still be banned.

The guy's batting average is up SEVENTY points in one year. A HUNDRED points since '09. Heck, he batted .219 in '08!

He's DOUBLED his HR output - in one half of a year - compared to last year's entire season. And in fact in his first 80 games he's knocked out the same number as he had in the two previous seasons COMBINED.

PED's cant help your ability to make contact with a ball... Chooch has been steadily improving every year. The only thing thats alittle out of the ordinary is his power output this year. I thought Chooch was going to have a good year offensivly, but no one expected .340+, and doubled HR production. But just because he's having a great year doesnt mean that he's taking PED's, and if he was im sure he'd have already been caught. They test all of the all stars before the all star game, and everyone has atleast ONE testing done in the first half of the season. And the MLB targets players who have breakout years, and teams that have been successful to do more random testing. So Im 100% sure he'd already have been caught if he was doing anything.

There's a huge difference between juicing and taking Adderall.
