You imagine Smith with Rubio, I imagine Favors with Rubio
Favors would also fit well with Pek and Millsap depending upon whether you keep, trade, or let them go. Of course, I don't expect anything to happen for a couple years and I doubt Kahn thinks like me (for better or worse )
Now it becomes who would you rather have.
Rudy Gay at 25?
Favors at 21?
Personally I would take Gay idk thats just me. I guess breaking it down either option would be awesome. Actually I no longer have an argument lol.
It comes down to personal preference.
If Millsap is included then yes I am in. Just something that keeps coming to my mind ever since TD first mentioned this trade is that we would be going the Nuggets way. No true go to guy. Is that good or bad, I still don't know...
United we Run
With Gay we won't lose as much per game points wise. However we will see a drop rebounding wise in my opinion. Plus we would have to find a PF somewhere either in the draft or FA.
While it's fun to talk about this Love won't be traded anyways. But hey can't help to wonder what if!
I love the world of what ifs! If anyone here ever meets a team owner put in a good word for me - anything to do with team personnel would be great. Thanks!
Love isn't being traded for the next 2 years. Minimum.
If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.
I like Millsap, but I still wouldn't trade Kevin Love. Until the last moment, if it becomes obvious he's opting out.
Love for Anthony Davis + expirings?
Gallo, Faried, Mozgov for Love seems like a perfect trade for both teams.
Faried the PF of the future, you lose offense but rebounding is more or less equal.
Gallo locked in for 4 years, the scoring wing MIN has been lacking.
Mozzy good backup center.
And for DEN, they need to trade depth for a star, Gallo is very good, but it doesn't appear he is going to be that star they need.
Why trade him for 2 years of Love when you're not ready to win and Love is always complaining about not winning. There's no way Love would resign there.
