What about Jordan Hill and Devin Ebanks for DWill? Hill is producing about the same as DWill and Ebanks is a young wing player who has quite a bit of potential.

I like Jordan Hill a lot, but no. I like Williams potential sitting on the bench more than I would like Jordan Hill's. The Wolves are looking to make a deal that would bring them a player back who could contribute at least 25ish minutes per game, and do it effectively. I believe Jordan Hill can be that type of player, but not on a team that has Kevin Love, and an already quality player in Cunningham backing him up.
That didnt get shot down as bad as I was expecting haha. My buddy told me Minny fans would laugh me outta this forum haha. I see what you guys mean though. I really think even if that offer was on the table the Wolves could get more from somewhere else.
I know the Lakers are having pt guard issues because of health, but eventually they will all be healthy and they will have 4 on the roster. Adding another doesnt make much sense to me. Duhon has been good enough since he was moved into the starting line up.
Back to the Wolves... I cant wait for Rubio to get back. You guys need a pure shooter for sure. I could see a Williams for Dorell Wright and draft pick. They need another big with Bynum's knee problems
Realistically speaking, can we put a package together that will acquire Paul George?
PSD Grammar Lesson #1:
a) their - stands for "belonging to them"
b) there - means "over there" as in location
c) they're - short for "they are"

Williams, Lee and some kind of pick
for
George and Hansborough (Blizzard thing)
Not likely but ....
Also noting that Washington is down to a broken down Livingston as their starting PG until Wall is back not sure if it makes sense but
Ariza (looking to get on a decent team), Crawford, and Vessely
for
Williams, JJ, and Lee.
Washington gets a good backup pg and sparkplug, a young SF to work with and should be good with Wall, and Lee who can be the backup SG and also provide depth at PG if needed.
Wolves get some firepower at SG who could be fun with Ricky running the show, Vessely who can learn under AK and may have the same game, and Ariza who provides us more veteran leadership. We may have to add something else but seems to be a win/win.
T-Wolves rank 3rd as for defense but as for offense they are rank 23rd. The T-Wolves needs to trade for a primarly scorer either for small foward or shooting guard.
I am always up for a good trade but we do have to understand that we have played most of the season without Love and all season without Rubio. I expect that our offensive numbers will gradually get better as the team plays together with Ricky and gets easier looks. I also look for Sexy to take over at SG as has been our best option there with Bud out. May not start but will play starter minutes ala Ginobli.
That being said I would still do the proposed deal with Washington![]()
Doubtful. He struggled to start the year, but is pulling it back in and shooting his best 3PT% of his career while bolstering his other percentages back to where they belong.
I have a hard time conceiving of a possibility where they would give him up. Whether they continue to be a playoff team or fall to the lottery, he would seem to fit and be central to their plans. Maybe if they needed to get rid of Hibbert's contract as he struggles offensively, but he's still been good defensively.
I'm not a fan of this trade. Crawford is a classic chucker putting up 12 attempts per game at 41% and only manages 0.5 steals a game with a terrible 110 defensive rating.
Ariza had about 3 good years where his defense was good enough to overlook his below average offense. He never should have been more than a role player (shame on you Morey). If we have to take him, we better get Beal too.
Finally, Vesley is far more lost than Williams and won't even see the light of day every third game on our team. I'd rather stand pat with tempo-pushing Barea, higher potential/value Williams, and starting-to-look-legit Lee.
