I agree - it would make sense for us, but I don't think Toronto would bite. They understand that Calderon's deal will be a huge asset at the trade deadline - for teams looking to clear some cap space next season.

    a) their - stands for "belonging to them"
    b) there - means "over there" as in location
    c) they're - short for "they are"

You are right but still would have Johnsons contract to move as he is available to clear space at the end of the year also and would have the backup at a very resonable price at pg. Also would clear about 2 mil in process immediatly.

Just an idea. If we'd have Rubio-Love-Bynum locked up we could be a contender for the Finals every year for however long they are here.

And I don't care if it is cold in Minnesota. What wing player isn't going to take a little less to play with the best frontcourt and a passer like Rubio

x3, I also hate Bynum, and would prefer not to do anything for the Lakers.
Now why did the Wolves do that?

Okay just messing around and found something -

    Wes for Jarebko in Det.

Rid ourselves of Wes, Jarebko gives us a long SF that gets us closer to being all White.

I think we should go after Andre Iguoa......just kidding.

Well, we definitely will not be making that blockbuster deal this offseason that will make us contenders for anything beyond a low seed playoff spot. But I guess as long as that is part of the plan I am cool with it.

Rubio will not be ready right away and the best option for us was a tough get - we just missed out. For whatever reason Iggy is not a guy we want. I have to put my trust in Adelman & Kahn on that one.

Just get someone with some upside or an experienced veteran that can compete for starting minutes help us make the playoffs. After we show the league we are a legit team and take that next step we'll know what we need moving forward and will be in a position to make that happen.

Reason I say got after Bynum if Orlando and LA would like that is because with our big 3 of Rubio-Love-Bynum. We'd have the best PF in the NBA, the 2nd best center, and a top 10 PG. All of those players are still improving and I'd lock Love/Bynum up to max deals (Love already has his, but I'd tack the extra year on). Rubio would get his big deal too.

Bynum is the ideal low post threat for our group and he and Love fit perfectly together. Also we could definitely sign some wings to just shoot and defend, cause lots of them would like to play with that big 3.

I get that Bynum is a douche, but basketball-wise he is ideal. Maybe we can change him .

PS- Reason for Bynum over Dwight is that I think Bynum would resign easier.
