why? It will get us a big man in return, which we need badly. Dump either Ridnour or Barea, and then dump Lee.

Was actually thinking a trade centered around Calderon for Ridnour + Budinger.

Toronto is looking for a backup PG - Calderon feels he shoud start over lowry, which won`t be the case for his fellow spaniard. He would start in his absence, and then fill the backup role when Rubio returns.

Way too much for Calderon, if you ask me. But we still need to move Ridnour/JJ+Wes to clear some roster space.

I can no longer stand wes. How did he even made it to the NBA when he's missing every shot like he have never play basketball before. Trade him for a 2nd rounder? I'll be surprise if that work. Best at the moment is to cut him.

you can't just cut him, his salary stays on our cap.

or you can trade him for 2nd rounder. A team under the cap will give us that, I guarantee you. Wes, unbelieveably, still has some value. If a team takes him on for 1 year, and doesn't like him, he can be let go.

Lee is a restricted FA right? Why not (once Portland matches) make a S&T Wes + a 1st for him?

Last night on camera you could see Adelman was NOT happy with Wes. MY guess is that as tated above he will not be joining the Wolves when they start the season one way or another.

Houston has like 25 guys on their roster right now - don't know why in the world they would want Wes. There is NO way we are getting a 1st for him at this point.

Because we could use that 2mil cap space. Stiemsma/Hill for 3 mil is way better than Cunningham for 2mil.

Actually, he's unrestricted now, Houston withdrew the qualifying offer about 10 days ago. We can sign him outright when we have cap space.

Sorry misread it - that would make much more sense but not sure Lee is worth the 1st rounder - might be worth the 1st to get rid of Wes though.
