I absolutely HATE posting anything from Hockeybuzz. But the Leafs writer blogged that the rosters have been announced for the Leafs and Wings Winter Classic Alumni Game.

I was really hoping for Sergei Fedorov, Dom Hasek (if he didn't return), Steve Yzerman (doubtful after some comments), Nick Lidstrom, and Slava Kozlov.

Oh it sure was, I personally can't stand the man. The guy refused to be traded and help us out by getting great prospects, then goes on to sign elsewhere next year and leaves us with nothing. Not to mention, our most successful playoff run was the year he was out! lol. I view him as nothing more than a glorified stat padder. A lot of you may disagree, but no one can tell me he had the type of heart that Wendel and Dougie did.

Johnny Bower is the Leafs coach too. How cool is that for the players? imagine seeing all these guys at the rink. Sucks that Mats isn't there but it should still be fun.

I met Tucker in Detroit when he played for the Avs on New Year's Eve a few years ago...we went out with the team for drinks after the game...I told him I was a Leaf fan and he said so was he...his quote was something along the lines of "why wouldn't I be, they are still paying me"...he was a really funny guy...the kind of guy you would want to have a lot of beers with
