On record I put Albany last because he only has 10 players. He is probably closer to 4th or 5th with his top 10, but 11th and 12th guys can be very important sometimes. Same with Boise. Probably a 3 or 4 with his roster filled.

Edit: If people want me to put them where I think they belong I will. I just prefer teams to have a full roster so I can truly judge it.
