Doan and Garrison would be a great additional. We still need to add something minor with a center, but Doan would be an awesome step forward.

It was an opportunity for him to learn about us and for us to get an understanding of what he’s about and what he’s looking for.”

Gilman: We don't feel pressure to do anything at this point
Gilman on Lui: "Mike is in discussion with several teams.. we won't be rushed."
Pratt: Would 30mill at 4 years be a deal breaker? Gilman: Yes
Gilman: Impression I got is winning is more important to him than money
Then Aquilini stressed to him that's all he cares about too
Gilman on how important winning a Cup is to Doan: "That's all he cares about, he made that clear."

Everything I am hearing indicates Doan will sign somewhere within a week. The Coyotes, Rangers, Pens and Canucks are the favorites.

Every fan base is going to be disappointed when he doesn't sign with their team with how long he has taken. I would sure be disappointed if he isn't a Canuck next week.
