I'd be happy with adding Mathieu in the draft next year. He's very undersized, but he plays with a serious ferocity...hence the nickname "Honey Badger". He's small, but I think he'll be a play maker at the free safety position at the next level. IF he can stay out of trouble, I think he'll be a legit first-rounder. He'll have to show that last season wasn't a fluke, but if he plays the way he did last year (or better)...I'd be fine with the pick.

This wasn't the video that I was going to use, but "Moves Like Badger" made me laugh.

Tharold Simon is the best CB on the LSU Tigers. Tyrann Mathieu had a good season and made some great plays but going into the NFL Simon is the much better prospect.

good season he had an elite season. Mathieu is much better than Simon and i think he will be the best secondary player to come out since Revis.

lol made me laugh as well. Mathieu was the best defensive player last yr and it wasnt even close. he would have got my Heisman vote if it werent for RG3. people question wether or not he will be a 1st rounder bc of his size but i think he goes top 5

I knew you would be a big fan of this thread

Most Dolphin fans are used to talking/debating about the draft this early. Since it's one of the few things we have to look forward to. If we were in super bowl contention I'm sure no one would be talking about the draft in July.

Well at least Tyrann Mathieu thinks he's worth the hype.

I'm looking at players outside of the current top 10 (CBS Prospect Rankings)...I'm hoping that we will surprise some people this year and pick around 15 or so.

I'd be happy to see him take over at MLB. Not an Irish fan, but this kid (Manti Te'o) can play!

I could see us looking for another top WR, and Keenan Allen looks like he could be a good fit to me.

well WR and S are the biggest needs if the draft was held today. we could go top S. we could go Tyler Eifert and get a WR in the 2nd. if i dismissed Mathieu and went with the teams biggest need which is WR in the 1st round i would go with Justin Hunter and he is who im going to try to watch the most of this yr.
