I like the outcome, though. Stayed relatively young with my pickups (Wideman, Grabner, Gleason, Lehtonen, Stoll) are all under or right around 30. I think Zanon is around there as well

Recuperated all prospects that were dealt for Grabner and actually improved the system imo.
    I have this so far:

    Pacioretty-Plekanec-Cole
    ???????-Galchenyuk-Tarasenko
    Eller-Handzus-Dupuis
    Moen-Gordon-Pyatt

    Markov-Gorges
    Subban-Robidas
    Kaberle-Diaz

    Price-Garon

I love my bottom 6 and my defense. I also think my goaltending tandem is elite. My only issue is a second left wing. I have Gionta available who is a RW, I am looking for a LW.

I know people are going to hate on my top 6, especially my second line but I am pretty happy with my team so far.

If that's Pascal Dupuis, I like it. If it's Philippe, not so much.

But yeah, that defense is looking very nice with the addition of Robidas

If I were you I would try and move Markov for another young winger, though. Or submit an offer sheet to someone left as an RFA

I like Markov, he is probably one of the very best puck movers in the NHL when healthy, I know it is a big if with him but I firmly believe he will be good to go for next season and will have a big impact.

    Yes it is Pascal haha

I could look into the RFA world but honestly, the Canadiens cap situation was a nightmare before I even got involved haha

Tomas Fleischmann is on the block, looking for quality young talent in return. Not a sure thing i am moving him, he can play centre or wing.

Pekka Rinne is like 99% gone. Just need the other GM to be online.

Sending a PM right now to my main Weber suitors, anyone with a last minute Weber offer better act fast. I'd like to get it done tonight or tomorrow.

I mean I like the Ryan Miller trade but your team got worse in the long run offensively to me. It's still a playoff team.

Yes and no. On the 2nd line I lost Kane, Hossa and Bolland and brought in Marchand, Roy, and MacArthur...I agree Kane and Hossa are better than anyone I brought in offensively so far, but my 2nd line is still capable of 70 or so goals. My thrid line is much better offeensively. I would say I've lost star power on offense, but I'm much deeper on offense, so its a trade off. I think this team is capable of 250-260 goals.

Also, I've done this without killing my prospect pool thus far.
