Reyes leads off with a double? Doesn't seem too upset about Hanley leaving, seems energized out there. And Ruggiano and Boni made back to back good defensive plays to end the 1st inning.

C.Lee since trade is batting .207 with 1 HR, while he was batting .287 with Houston. Must be something in the water down here.

Seems like Solano and Donnie Murphy will be the future at 3B for the remainder of the season. I'll be seeing him tonight, got free tix. I was actually about to buy some for tomorrow because I wanted to see Eovaldi's debut with us, but free is free.

Every team has been linked to Headley, it'd be tough to get him. Not to mention we really really don't have very good prospects other than Yelich who is our future at LF. I like Solano better as a util guy, not an everyday player in my book.

Are we watching JJs last game as a marlin? And you need to think that if he kills the padres it'll only help us in a trade

It just showed a huge contingent of scouts, like ten. Probably looking at JJ mainly and also Headley and possibly some other marlins

JJ didn't have a good outing at all... gave up 2 hits and 6 walks and only got through 5 innings of work. I don't think it hurt his trade value but it definitely didn't help. I really think if he had come out and dominated, and strung together back to back great games, other GMs would feel much more confident trading for him. We'll see... two days left.
