I wont lie, if we lose out on both I am going to be very disappointed. Especially since many players we could have acquired have signed elsewhere.
I guess thats the chance you take. Also I do not understand how Flyers are offering significantly more money than anyone else when they don't even have just as much cap room as we do

Malkin and Semin tore it up at the WC this year. Pens play an up-tempo offensive system, and Semin would come cheaper than Parise. Also, Semin is a right handed shot, so he could set up along the left half-boards on the PP. Just imagine, Malkin teeing up one-timers on 1 side and Semin on the other side.

sounds like wild in the lead with devils as 2nd choice. he is going to minn to talk to family about it but seems unlikely he leaves without signing with wild

No one knows anything. I heard that Parise to the Pens is a definite via 2 sources, and that the only reason that Parise didn't announce signing with Pitt today was that they had to tweak the deal a little
