Since todays the first day of Free Agency we'll use a new thread to continue discussion.

Given Eric Gordon will be meeting with 5-6 teams, I am finding the chances of him coming to us a lot less which is quite a bit disheartening.

No me too , we ll sign Mayo for sure and overpaid him 8.9 PPG this year in PO against the Clippers for "the choosen 2".

Henry Sims , Kevin Jones ,William Bufford, Scott Machado and Andrew Albicy are undrafted but not in our summerleague roster

If we don't get Gordon, this is what I want:

1. Resign Brown or sign Crawford for a year or two.
2. Don't amnesty Chilly.
3. Don't resign Hill (in the event he actually considers returning)
4. Assuming Calderon is amnestied, put a max waiver claim in for him to assure we get him. Marshall needs someone to help teach him and Jose is the closest thing to Nash that would be a free agent.
5. Resign Redd
6. Allow another team to put a bid on Lopez. If it's more than 3mil for 4 years, let him go.
7. Start Morris and throw him into the fire.
8. Have a terrible year and ****ing get a top 3 pick

Yea they announced teams interested in Machado and we weren't one of them. On a positive note, just because they aren't on our summer league team doesn't mean we can't sign them. We'll have scouts at each of these games. If we like him, we'll try to sign him.

We don't need the cap room. The team needs salary to not be below the cap floor. No reason to drop him.
