You guys are talking like we are going to have a top ten pick here with the guys u r talking about. He are looking at the 15-23 range depending on how the season goes. The guy I want is Trey Burke, if Jennings goes I think he is a steal. If he stays he's a good backup who could play a little with Bj3. Michael Carter-Williams would be nice but I think he will be a top ten when all is said and done. I like Wolters, Deshaun Thomas, and Oriachi would be ok as well in the second.

Would you guys trade our first to the thunder this off season for lamb if they lock up martin long term? i think he could possibly be better than any 2 in the draft. He'd be an awesome fit next to jennings also! I wanted him so bad in the draft thought he'd be gone before 12 though couldnt believe he was still there after we traded our pick although we got doron and that made me jump out of my seat!

I don't see the Thunder wanting to do that. Why would they not sign Harden to his deal but sign Martin who will be not as expensive but very expensive as well. But yes I would def so that seeing that he was one of the guys I really wanted from the draft.

I know this. However, I also know that the Bucks lack a A-lister, as the article in the off-season thread put it. That's why I think it is vital to make a drastic move. Other teams have done, so I say why the hell not us? Why can't we have a star player? Well, unfortunately for us it's because our brass doesn't have the sack to make it happen.

If we need to package up expiring Monta, Illyasova, Udoh and a first and even another of we need to. Thats how important I think it is for us to get a guy like Muhammad or McLemore.( I love Franklin at our current spot)

I watch these Bucks so closely and I just see on a nightly basis how desperately they need a guy like that.

I wouldn't mind trading Jennings to Jazz for #13 and salary filler. Resign Beno to a 2 year deal $10M total $5M per second year team option. Draft best pg around #18. At #13 draft Glenn Robinson 3 to compete with Harris at sf. Draft a pg/sg in second round. Beno starts at pg. Not the greatest plan. But inconsistent Jennings and Ellis getting lame.

Yea but that team really doesn't so anything either. I agree we lack the a lister but even if you get a top 3-5 pick that doesn't mean you get that stud. Look back at the last 5 drafts and see how many top 5 picks busted out.

We could package Ellis, Jennings, and a couple first rounders and still not trade up enough to get McLemore or Muhammad. It's not going to happen and its not the front offices fault, its the way of the nba. Our best chance is to make a trade for a guy like Harden and overpay him hoping we can get a guy who can develop into a 1 or win the draft lottery from late in the lottery again.
