My vote goes for my Pacers reaching on plumlee while impact players were still on the board.
conversely the Rockets and Celtics hit it out of the park in my opinion.

Toronto and Cleveland messed up.
-Toronto should've taken Drummond, Lamb, Rivers, etc. and they probably could've traded down to get this guy. I honestly think they could've traded with Houston and gotten Lowry while still getting Ross.

Waiters and Ross. Cleveland redeemed themselves though by trading for Zeller IMO. Ross just makes no sense. At least we all knew the Cavs needed a SG.
