Food & Wine Magazine selected Murphysboro, IL as one of their top BBQ cities in America!!!! Not too too surprising though. 17th street gets love on the national spectrum all the time

I just made the dust for the first time ever. Now I just have to decide what to have for dinner so I can try it out! Pretty ****ing pumped, even though I think I messed a couple things up.

So, thanks to precious and sweet Corey for having mercy on my soul. I just ordered some of it online. I'm excited to finally try it.

Any suggestions on what I should try it on first?

There was no other way to put it. The relevance had to be noted.

Meals Eating Now on the other hand, could be put 100 other ways.

Is the cumin seed supposed to be as overwhelming as mine is in the dust?

    Well ****.

I think the problem is the salt and garlic grains are too big. All I can taste is the cumin, and I'm not a big fan of cumin to begin with.

Suppose I'll just have to make another batch

I bought it from the online store.

So I admit, the first few tries (on Cottage Cheese, on Easy Mac) I wasn't really like wow'd by it at all.

I've stuck with it and I'm really starting to love it. I keep sprinkling it on my cottage cheese and it is soooooo good.
