D is much improved, but the forward core took a hit with the JT trade, tought to say whether you;d be a playoff team honestly.

I'm very close to moving Shea Weber. I have serious offers from New York, Florida, New Jersey, Chicago, and Philadelphia and I will probably be deciding at some point tonight. Any last minute offers for big Shea, I will listen to it.

I am proud to announce the re-signing of my agent, Mr. Paul Gaustad, to the Nashville Predators. He was convinced with their plan moving forward and had the best deal. He will sign at 4 years / 12.6 million / 3.15 per.

This has really died huh? Haven't really seen anyone on much in the last couple of days.

Gionta still available, I am willing to listen to any and all offers. I have a few on the table but would like to see what else it out there before I make a decision

Well The Top Shelfer, I think the biggest problem in this mock was the lack of "big names" available in Free Agency. Once Suter, Parise, Carle, Semin, Parenteau, and maybe Garrison and Jagr, there really isn't that much left in FA that is going to sway people enough to even bother spending any money on. Other year's I have been in these, there were so many available FA's to bid on, it wasn't even funny.

In this Mock Off-Season, if you wanted something, trades were the way to go. I think that is why you have seen over 80 of them.

Quite frankly, we could probably start voting on the playoff teams because there isn't much left out there of value.

haha I know why it has been slow, I was just making an observation.

I'm not complaining, I have had a lot of fun and look forward to the voting
