Justification: This season is when O'Neal starts becoming the all star that he was. Overall I think the ratings are fair, but the potential is much too low as well as inside game. Oneal goes on to score 19+ PPG in 6 seasons right after this one. Unrealistic to think he wont improve (at B- inside theres no way he can never do that with a C pot). This Oneal was very raw.
