For a team trying to compete Hamilton has more value than Derozan. I like this trade a lot for the Rockets.
Novak also fits well with the Rockets due to the Nash/KG/Dwight effect.

Yeah I really like it for the Rockets. As I said earlier, not a fan of DD. Although if you're a rebuilding/young team, he's not a bad piece to have. Although the Wizards are clearly not that so I don't think he's a serviceable starter on their team if they're trying to contend.
