    What's more impressive?

A homerun that leaves the yard fast or a homerun that goes a great distance?

I.e Stanton's homerun that took 3 seconds to leave or Hamilton's monster shot to dead center in Boston?

Fast home runs are pretty cool, but when they are colossal home runs where even the announcers are awe struck at how high it was hit.
Baseball is over. My softball league is over. I am now officially depressed...

Bautista hit a line drive hr that went into the second deck of the rogers centre earlier this year. It's like the fastest hr this season I think. That's the most impressive hr I've seen.

Liners are great, but I want distance baby
To those that do not know mathematics it is difficult to get across a feeling as to the beauty, the deepest beauty of baseball. If you want to learn about baseball, to appreciate baseball, it is necessary to understand the language she speaks.

The two fastest are actually both by Yankees.

    This historic one by A-Rod

And Cano had one on June 6th that barely cleared the fence.

Line drive home runs. Line drives are what really demonstrate the most power and bat speed.
