LeBron Joins Elite Company of Scoring Champs, All-Star, League & Finals MVPs

Only 5 guys in NBA history in their entire careers have an NBA Championship, Finals MVP, League MVP, All-Star Game MVP and Scoring Title

Michael Jordan (6 rings, 6 FMVPs, 5 LMVPs, 3 ASGMVPs, 10 Scoring Titles)

    Shaquille O'Neal (4 rings, 3 FMVPs, 1 LMVP, 3 ASGMVPs, 2 Scoring Titles)

Kobe Bryant (5 rings, 2 FMVPs, 1 LMVP, 4 ASGMVPs, 2 Scoring Titles)

Wilt Chamberlain (2 rings, 1 FMVP, 4 LMVPs, 1 ASGMVP, 7 Scoring Titles)

    And now

    LeBron James (1 ring, 1 FMVP, 3LMVPs, 2ASG MVPs, 1 Scoring Title)

If Lebron retired tomorrow, I think he's a top 20 all-time player. If he keeps going and wins a couple more, I think he's got potential to touch top 5. And should he win 4 or 5, continuing to put up monsters statistical seasons and postseasons, I think he's got a chance to make people question between he and Jordan.

He is top 11-12 player now. But the end part will be tough with 3 years in a row losing with HCA. But no need to get into that now.

but elite status. He's already a future HOF with that elite status alone.

still got a ring. Melo/Paul/maybe Durant and Westbrook/Dwight/Deron Williams/Rose etc don't have one and they pretty much round some of the top 15 players in the NBA. Its probably even worse cuz some of these players won't win one ever.

Interesting, but I think the all star game MVP is a little pointless don't you think?

Remove that and is it the same group of people?

Well, I had to leave Kareem off because he never won All-Star game MVP, nothing to take away from him obviously.

There's just something special about a triple crown MVP winner (All Star, League and Finals) and then leading the league in scoring.

PS: Another food for thought, LeBron becomes first League MVP to go on and win Finals MVP and the title since Tim Duncan in 2003.
