Ask Players to waive their NMC/NTC here.
Should be posted using the following format:
Team: (Team Name)
Player: (Player Name and Postion)
Reason: (Reason why you believe the player should waive)
Remember, this is the hardest part of the mock, to determine whether or not a player wants to waive to go to a certain city and team. So please try not to bash or hate the decisions.

I Hope I do this right
Team: Columbus Blue Jackets
Player: Rick Nash
Reason: We appreciate everything you've done for the franchise since we drafted you. You have been a great contributor both on and off the ice. As you know we are going to re-tool our team again and we feel it time we best part ways. We'd like to send you to a team that is one year removed from being the #4 seed in the Western Conference and give you the chance to play with a few guys who played with you on Team Canada where you received the gold medal.
My client is only interested in a move to a clear cut contender. Anaheim is not one. Nash agrees it's time to part ways but he is not interested in a move to Anaheim.
I can appreciate Mr. Nash's interest to play for a contender. post lockout the Ducks have made the playoffs 5 of 7 years. He'd have the opportunity to play with Team Canada teammates Ryan Getzlaf and Corey Perry. This is a tremendous opportunity to play with one of the games best Center and it's a guy that Mr. Nash has some history with. Since his 1st season in the NHL Mr. Nash has had to carry the team on his back. With the Ducks he will be part of a talent team that has proven they can be contenders.
The Ducks previous success does not concern Rick as he does not think the Ducks will be consistent contenders in the future. His answer is still a no for now. Right now he will accept a trade to either of the 4 teams, no questions asked: Bruins, Kings, Rangers, or Sharks. He will reevaluate a move to Anaheim but needs much more time.
The Blue Jackets organization understand the concerns of Mr. Nash. What (if any) kind of players (i.e. #1 d-man) do in order to convince Mr. Nash they are serious about winning now and for the foreseeable future?
Team: Columbus Blue JacketsFrom the Ducks GM
Rick you are just the beginning of a number of dominos to fall for the ducks as they are loaded with assets and tons of cap space and still maintain that flexibility while acquiring you. Therefore they still have tons of ideas planned in order to filling the roster and making it one of the best in the league.
Player: James Wisniewski
Reason: When you came in your expectation were to make the playoffs and be a contender. We've decided with the departure of Rick Nash, we will not be able to offer you that opportunity. We have the chance to send you (as well as Rick) to a team that is one year removed from being the #4 seed in the Western Conference. With the additions of you and Nash they could be well on their way to making it back and taking a serious run
James enjoyed his time in Anaheim and will approve a trade to Anaheim.

Team: Anaheim Ducks
Player: Saku Koivu
Reason: Saku we appreciate what you have done for the Ducks organization over the last few seasons. You have been a veteran presence on a rather young team and helped many of the players grow. With this said, we would like to offer you a similar opportunity to do this in Columbus. While you may think why would I want to go to Columbus, in this deal they will be obtaining Bobby Ryan and the 6th pick in the draft. This gives them 2 top 6 picks in a very good draft and a young talented star in Bobby Ryan. We feel with your veteran leadership, this team could become like the Ducks of two years ago and have many young studs develop into quality hockey players. We hope you consider this offer as we feel it benefits everybody involved
Saku did not re-sign here a month ago only to get traded. He could have become a free agent and signed with whomever he wanted. He DOES NOT want to go to the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Saku we understand you not wanting to move and we will honor this. However we feel we can get a trade done without you involved and feel that with Nash and Wiz on the Ducks we will be contenders and we ash that Rick Nash reconsiders coming here

Minneapolis Muskies 90's Redraft
Mark Price -- Richard Hamilton -- Mark Aguirre -- Tim Duncan -- Joe Carroll
Team: Colorado Avalanche
Player: Milan Hedjuk
Reason: Milan, you have been amazing for us, but the Avalanche are moving in a younger, more permanent direction to fix our offense. You'd be moving to Columbus, with fellow teammate Paul Stastny, and would help to develop that core in what could b your last season. We please ask for you to waive for the good of our organization, and assure it would be in your best interest.
Milan is not interested in a move, period. He re-signed here to help this team any way he can. Milan did not re-sign here a month ago only to get traded. He could have become a free agent and signed with whomever he wanted. He DOES NOT want to go to Columbus.
