If we request cap hits for drafted players, does that mean we have to play them or should we wait until we are sure that we are going to definiley play them?

You don't have to play them if you request for a cap number, no worries.

I know and I understand your frustration its tough doing this and making everybody happy and doing this on your own is extremely difficult and you are doing a great job I'm not questioning this in the slightest

It's not you nor the team that you are running. Well I should first mention that you have been very understanding of most of the situation. A lot of GMs in here seem to respect that and so do I.

I honestly hope to god that you find a player that you can trade for. Someone really good, someone without a clause. I hope your team becomes really good and I say that from the bottom of my heart. Find some players without clauses or maybe someone that would likely waive the clause. There are some out there and you can find them.

Yeah, I enjoy the realness as well. The longer I play the more I realized how important can be. When Sharp didn't waive to go to Pitt...I was mad, but in a fun way.

The part of this game I see as unreal is 90% of the teams believing they should go for it because its a one year experience. There's obviously nothing that can be done about that but I see how you try to keep it as real as possible and I appreciate that. Keep up the great work!

You guys all know I don't do this for profit or anything like that. I do it so all of you can enjoy a fun game, like I enjoy playing and patrolling things. I understand if some of you hate me on a level but I still feel like I have to do my job.
