Who will win the NFC West

No surprise hear, but I'm going with the Seahawks. There's no doubt in my mind that the 49ers will be just as vicious as last year on defense, but hear me out. Here are 3 reasons why the 49ers will not repeat last years season.

1. +26 Turnover ratio- This is a great stat, but it's not sustainable. +26 is insane. Teams will begin to tighten up this year, and not take so many chances. This stat will not repeat itself.

2. Record Breaking Field Goals- David Akers made 44 field goals last year. He's more than capable of kicking that many this year too, but that's a ridiculous amount of field goals. They will need to score more TD's this season. Plain and simple.

3. Alex Smith- You can surround Alex Smith with the best WR's in the NFL, he's still going to be Alex Smith. Randy Moss to me was one of the most overrated signings of the off-season. I think Randy has still got it, but he needs a QB with a better arm to utilize his speed. Alex Smith looked good against a weak Saints defense, but besides that, was mediocre at best throughout the season. I don't see Alex Smith all of a sudden showing some drastic improvement at QB.

Here are 3 reasons why the Seahawks will win the Division.

1. Matt Flynn- The Seahawks now have the best QB in the division (Sam Bradford will be in a year or 2). If everything goes right (and ugghhh it never does) the Seahawks should have the most dynamic passing game in the NFC west.

2. Best secondary in the NFL- Remember these names if you don't already know. Earl Thomas, Kam Chancellor, Richard Sherman, Brandon Browner, Marcust Trufant, and Walter Thurmond. This secondary is tall, and fast. The Seahawks are facing a lot of pass heavy teams this year, and I believe their unique approach to defense will prove troublesome to pass heavy teams. They'll need Chris Clemons to create some pass rush though (sigh).

3. Beast mode- Who was the one running back to get a TD against the 49ers defense last year? Beast Mode.

There are my reason. To be honest I think it'll be a very close and exciting division. I'm obviously biased as hell, but either way I want people to know that this division isn't as one sided as people think!

Flynn hasnt proven himself enough to be called the best QB in the division and besides the turnovers the niners still had one of if not the best D in the league. A lot of the secondary is young and after a year of game tape their weaknesses may be exposed, ur linebacking core is sad, and you have a swiss cheese O-line.

Seahawks are a joke...Flynn has one good game everybody is on his jock...Look how cassel, kolb, fitzpatrick,moore,and kalib hanie they all suck..you got these qbs have a half decent game or season everybody thinks it will translate into winning divisions or more..Seahawks will finish last in the division..they have nobody to put pressure on the qb, linebackers suck. Wr are prob the worst in football and hate to break it to the seahawks fans but there dbs are average at best.. teams like the giants, cowboys, jets, eagles, bucs, packers they have good dbs...the cards and 49ers will win it with just there pure talent... 9ers got a great coach, above average wr, patrick freaking willis, frank gore.. and for all the haters alex smith wasnt ok hes was great last year...sure it was one season but you dont suck if you get your team ( in a pass happy league) to the conf championship game if you suck..For the cards kolb or skelton will have a huge season...they upgraded there line, drafted floyd to go with fitz ( best player in the division) and early ducet... benie wells gets better every season and doesnt have to worry bout somebody taking his job like hightower almost did a few years back.. cards ACTUALLY got good dbs with Wilson ( pro bowler every year) patrick peterson and greg toler... And the 2nd best kick returner in the league in peterson. The only thing thay will hurt the cards is kolb is really THAT BAD!!!! And they have a JV linebacking crew...seahawks give me a break... the only players worth a damn on that team is winslow, tate, okong, lynch amd trufant. Wanna know how many probowlers the hawks will have.....0

This has to be a troll post. For the record Flynn has had 2 good games not one, and I knew Kolb was going to be a bust from day one. I was cringing when people were talking about the Seahawks trading a first for him.

Second of all, I never said the 49ers would suck. I said they wouldn't be as good. Completely different subject *******.

Third of all Trufant is now the 4th cornerback on the Seahawks depth chart. The seahawks run as many as 7 db's on some plays though, so he'll get time, but still. Tate is probably the 4th best WR on the Seahawks. You don't think Earl Thomas is worth a damn? No respect for the 9th best defense in the NFL last year? Don't be a hater.
