Hitchcock, Armstrong win NHL awards

The Blues were big winners at the NHL Awards ceremony in Las Vegas tonight.

Head coach Hitchcock was selected as the winner of the Jack Adams Award (coach of the year) and Doug Armstrong was named the league's general manager of the year.

Blues captain David Backes was nominated for the Selke Award, but the trophy for the league's best defensive forward was presented to Boston's Patrice Bergeron.
