ON's Hydro Builder is a good Creatine/Protein/BCAA mix in one. A little pricey but it taste good and has a pretty good amount of Protein and creatine per serving.

Does anyone think that they might put banned substance, or maybe prohormones in protein powder? That some companies may do that, to make it seem like there protein is alot better?
