I've been using Muscle Pharm's ZMA Max for the past month. I cannot recommend it enough.

not exactly a supplement question but i didnt know where else to ask it.

Im 18 years old, 5'9 about 145 pounds and wanted to workout for 3 weeks between semesters, after these three weeks i could maybe give 2 or 3 days a week (for four months until summer rolls around) anyways what is your take on bulking? ive heard you should do it before becoming dedicated to the gym and obviously im more of a lean muscle guy but really want to develop between now and next year, should i just be stuffing my face with anything (fastfood like burgers, chinese, etc)? or just eating to my limits to bulk? do i even have to bulk or should i maintain a healthy diet?

Maintain a healthy diet 100%. Fast food should be avoided at all costs. Not very macro friendly.

Just eat and eat. You need calories to grow

fast food has a lot of calories and is cheap. so you it can be beneficial while bulking. however, it's not necessarily good for your health.

Ill eat fast food once a month or every other month... I would rather get 95% lean ground beef and make my own burgers and fries

My friend (who is an absolute monster) told me when he was bulking he would buy 2-3 mcdonalds burgers and eat those after his clean meal. So he would have chicken and rice, then 2-3 burgers for the calories
Limitations are for people that have them, and excuses are for people that need them.
