    I spend roughly 150 a month on supps and 20-40 on food.

    But I get nearly all my food free

    Not I; I went with Dymatize Casein, so far so good

    Oh I agree, first shake I made was clumpy as all hell. I've just resorted to make sludge with it in the mornings to get around the issue.

    If you have a shaker cup it helps. I found that if you put the powder in first and shake it real good, THEN add the water/milk whatever it is a lot less clumpy.

    try using a flour sifter if your protein is too clumpy.

    What is a good pre-workout other than C4? I just started using it about two weeks ago and its not doing anything for me. Sucks cause the taste is AMAZING! The first two days I took it I felt a good jolt. But the last week I don't feel a thing. It says only two scoops but I am using to 2 1/2-3 scoops and still nothing. So now I am in the market for another pre workout or I might just go back to my old one.

    Craze is good but it is controversial now due to the FDA investigation.

    its a stimulant, take a week off and start with 1 scoop.
