If you have a proper diet, BCAA supplementation is pretty useless unless you regularly train in a fasted state.

FDA has no jurisdiction over supplements.

Prohormones are drugs. Therefore, the FDA could get involved.

The second sports supplements start containing non-natural ingredients, the whole industry goes to ****.

You dont want FDA regulation over supplement production.

i agree they shouldnt. but they already cross the line. prohormones before the 2004 ban,and even now, with them tapering the line a little.

adding a carbon molecule at the end, to make it just slightly diffrent supplement....

i know they dont want fda regulation... but to get an edge, do you think they cross the line? taint there products maybe? idk.. just curious i guess.

    Nope.

The second supplements start adding non naturally occurring ingredients, the FDA can get involved. No one wants that.

AAS/PH are readily accessible. It makes no sense for a company to include those in their sport supplements.

Both AAS/PH also require a strict dosing protocol with proper cycle aids and PCT in order to prevent side effects and maximize efficiency of the products...There would be no way for a company to ensure proper dosages if it was just spread into a product like protein.

Not sure where he gets his info on PH's, but there is a ton of info on them on the web. Just google it and you will find plenty of forums just like these with everything you need/want to know.

    that makes sense.

why do you think companies are messing around with PH then ( the ones that probally should be banned right now, but arent?) or why did they (pre2004)? (curious)

    Like whom?

There's still a market for prohormones. They're not all illegal...some are though. They can't be sold as supplements. To be considered a supplement, all ingredients must be naturally occurring. Once there's a non naturally occurring ingredient, it can no longer be categorized as a supplement, and must be categorized as a drug.

I could get any PH cycle online right now, and it would be shipped to my door within the next few days. They're easily accessible and legal for the most part.

Your right. A company would face legal issues you couldn't imagine. A company would never secure those risk. The civil pentalties alone would be unreal.
