    Hey guys, was wondering if you all could help a fellow gym freak out.

    Quick run down i'm roughly 183ish trying to get down to 160- 155 by march, and im currently doing light weight training (lots of reps) and HEAVY endurance cardio, boxing, running 8+ miles 4 times a week, spin classes, insanity workouts, etc.

    Can any of you recommend some good supplements and/or vitamins that could help me out, i'm currently taking protein, fish oil, vitamin b12 and b6, and iron, and dexaprine (a thermogenic). Any help is appreciated guys, thanks!

    Common misconception. There are plenty of steroids and PH products that cause no harm to your body if administered correctly with proper PCT and cycle assist.

    The media has surrounded PH/AAS with a negative stigma.

    assuming that you aren't eating a crazy amount of calories sounds like you may be burning too many calories, that means you may be burning through some unnecessary amounts of muscle tissue. Yes if you're cutting weight you need to be in a caloric deficiency but you still want give your body enough cals so that it maintains that muscle that you already have. Find out your maintenance cals per lean body weight and shoot for anywhere from a 200 -500 caloric deficiency. BTW when you're cutting theres no need to do high reps and light weight, you still want to keep your strength.
