So stupid though that Dexter and Deb too. What would she think would happen by arresting her? She knew the secret of Dexter so she'd rat him out, especially since Laguerta already had suspicions of Dexter killing those people. Honestly dumb move by Dexter.

I do not think she will die, I think this is a set up for the last season. The outcome of the final will be another cliff hanger. So yes it may not be a dream sequence IMO that Dexter gets arrested.
