I'll say Ingram, but I really like Curry as a sleeper given the effectiveness of the Wide-9 last year.

Which Pass Rusher from the 2012 Draft will have the Best Rookie Season?

I think it's unfair to rate these guys on this coming year as some are being groomed. But, it was a fun class full of boom or bust guys.
I'm going to label them on what I think will happen only IMO.

    Boom- Andre branch- he's mean
Quinton coples- Rex will have him sackn
    Courtney upshaw- going to start
    Bruce Irvin - sleeper

Bust- Nick perry. Not sold on him playing3-4
Chandler jones -big tackles going to eat him
Melvin Ingram - tackles gonna get him

    Jury out-
Whitney mercilus- passing down rusher. Could go mark Anderson and get 15 sacks

Shea mcClellin- his sack stats aren't there for you no researching haters, because he spent a lot of time all over the place like MLB were he rarely rushed from. I just don't have that great feeling about him yet 2-3 year guy.

Vinny curry- great skill set, just don't think his oppurtunity will be there this year. 2-3 year guy

Again these are all just my worthless opinion

^Love the description of Andre Branch...

I just think he fits perfectly, but he definitely needs to get bigger.

Such a perfect fit for the jags.. I'm in love with him and mincey together. Explosive speed rusher with a power rusher.

You don't want him to put to much weight on, his key is that fast length he has. I would say 270 tops

Yeah, he just needs to get a little more stronger though to fit in a 4-3 so he can defend the run well as well. I love his pass rushing ability right out of the gate, I don't think he'll struggle in that aspect, just worried about size/strength wise to stop the run.

I forgot to add Vinny Curry to the list. A lot of potential pass rushers coming out of this draft!

Chandler Jones will eventually be a great player IMO. Even before the Pats actually took him I was on the record saying he was a top 5 player on my big board for the Pats specifically. However, I don't think he'll have a notable year 1 sack wise. I don't think he'll play bad, just not that much as he transitions to the NFL.

Been a good thread for a poll. The option pops up at the bottom for a poll when your making it. Ask a mod to add it.

Branch was ranked #24 overall by NFL.com. Jones was ranked #49 overall. Fair difference there, and they have the best handle on rankings. They also employ Mayock. That was after jacking up Jones original rating score (73) to 84. Which took him from a late third round rating to mid second.

    NFL.com's rankings SUCKED.

All the draftniks that I follow on twitter bashed them so hard.

And CBS had Jones higher. So did the guy I was talking about who was a real scout. So did Dave-Te' Thomas who runs a real NFL scouting agency.

Use whatever reference you want but what I'm saying is true. You're just a homer to the Nth degree.
When I asked how a Manziel fan could bash Bridgewater's size.

Meehhh...the only thing outstanding about Jones was his arm length. He isn't quick, he isn't agile, he isn't particularly strong, and he didn't have good production in college. Where did the "buzz" come from? Bored draftniks butts, is where I think it came from.

Whatever you're say. You're always right.

Jones blows **** and real NFL scouts that say it only said it because they read it on the internet.

Is this being restricted only to edge rushers?

If not, I'll go with Fletcher Cox. I thought he was the best pass rusher in the draft. With Trent Cole, Jason Babin, and Cullen Jenkins also on that DL he should get a lot of 1 on 1 looks on the interior.

If it is just edge rushers I think Nick Perry is the logical choice. He could have 8 sacks in two games if he can get himself matched up on J'Suckass.

I'm so tired of hearing about arm length. I hope a thalidomide baby with 4 inch arms who can run a 3.8 40 lights up the combine next year.

I like the pats pick of Hightower more than Jones. Hightower just has that crazy psycho football heart about him.
