Freestyling doesn't mean much these days...

Drake is an underrated lyricist. His verse on Aston Martin Music is one of my favorite verses from a YM artist. Lil Wayne creates garbage music though.

Also, I have been listening to Clipse alot recently. Hell Hath No Fury is an insane album. The beats are ridiculous.

Its really not that bad the verse is pretty dope. And ill take a straight diss with a call out then subliminal everyday of the week. Subliminals are cool but i dont like the room for interpretation it leaves i like it when rappers have beef and call them out by name instead of somethin subliminal like "i dont need 2 clips to kill" (just made that up)

there are platinum rappers who cant freestlye for their lives

and there are freestlye rappers who cant move albums(jadakiss, fabolous)

No I'm straight. More like Headlines (when it was new), The Ride, Underground Kings, We'll be fine, Lord knows, free spirit, No lie etc etc. Im lovin Meek Mill he's become a stud. But back to drake, some of his slow stuff are decent like The Real Her and Practice but otherwise they're trash. I don't listen to his slower songs though.

I enjoyed these lines when i first heard them

People try to hard to discredit what others like i enjoyed it you think it sucks doesnt mean one of us is right or wrong its a different taste

Im not comparin this to any other waynes song especially in his prime i was just listenin to it on the radio as a "world premier" and i enjoyed it

To many uber critics especially when it comes to music which is why i never post about music or songs i enjoy. I only made the thread cause i heard it and enjoyed it but all the responses are either "this song sucks" or "good music > YM" "ym > good music" that have nothing to do with this specific song

I enjoy both wayne and pusha dont care enough to rank one ahead of the other cause i enjoy both artist music when thy make good songs

Lil Wayne only knows how to make bangin singles and albums full of pointless filler. John and 6 Foot 7 Foot were really good and the album just failed. He could be a good rapper but is unaware of how to obtain such status. He doesn't care though. He sells records.

However, this diss was awful by Wayne and Pusha's song was very good overall.
