    Eminem Confirms New Solo Album

    http://rapradar.com/2012/05/24/emine...begins-new-lp/

We all knew it would be coming sometime soon and he hasn't been good lately, to say the least. But it's always big news when he releases something because the product is always unpredictable. Here's to hoping he takes his time and picks out some good beats this time.

    Hopefully it's more like Relapse.

    I agree with you there.

It definitely won't be as soft as Recovery.. I don't think, at least.

Disagree. Maybe not great, but he at least deserves "good". Recovery was meh, but most of his BME stuff was pretty damn good imo, especially in comparison.

I'm always excited for new Em material though. Even when he's not at his best he's more enjoyable to listen too than half the **** that's out these days. Granted I don't listen to nearly as much stuff as you do.

I'm sure we'll get some Slaughterhouse features on the album as well, so I'm definitely excited for this.

That's true. I forgot about the EP. I was referring to his features since Recovery. that Richard verse was really bad.

As long as he keeps the features and producers to a minimum, this could be good. Anything better than Recovery will do.

I agree, a new Eminem album is always or big deal. Good or bad.

I don't have huge expectations for it, but like Buckwheat said, an Em album is always unpredictable.

I hope its more like his first three albums.. Instead of the sober new albums..I didn't think Recovery was that bad, but nothing compares to MMLP, TES and SSLP

Also, has anyone noticed his voice changed dramatically? It kind of annoys me now

He needs to channel that Eminem that we heard in that BET Shady Cypher plug.

I hope he's done with this rehab album Crap.

The album had no lasting replay value besides a few songs.

I've been a huge supporter of Relapse since the day it leaked

I still bump it once a week.

Read the rest of the thread. I forgot about the EP.

He wasn't good on the entire thing, so that is certainly not facepalm worthy. He was pretty bad on I'm On Everything, Loud Noises, and Lighters. So 1/3 of those tracks sucked entirely. And his features have been really, really poor since Recovery.
