Rizzo with another HR.
My heavens is that dude just RAKING right now.
Crucify me but I feel Lake's range is below average at SS but would be at least average at 2B. Maybe reached too far saying our defense up the middle would be excellent but I feel Lake's bat would more than make up for it. And again, I'm talking about august or september when I would like to see the experiment.

Can anybody show me a scouting report that says that Lake has below average range at SS? All that I have seen is that he has good range. I have read that he is PROJECTED to move as he grows, but as of last year he was 6'3 215 and I still heard good things about his range at SS.
That said, I don't think he has the instincts to play infield at all. My guess is he moves to RF, where he has the tools to be an elite defender if he can figure it out.
I read awhile back that his range is slightly above average presently and will ultimately be average or below as he continues to fill out. At 6'3 215 already, there is little doubt he will ultimately move off SS to 3B or RF. I tend to agree with you that he fits best at RF if he can hit enough. His cannon arm obviously profiles, and just given his athletic prowess, he should project well there.

He has some impressive K numbers, but walks a lot of guys. Supposedly he can hit 94, but sits between 90-92.
The hair and rizzo are going to tear things up when rizzo is up. rizzo my hair.
