With those genes he has to be worth kicking the tires. Offspring of famous players are rarely as good as their heritage for the same reason tall parents rarely have taller children...there's a deviation to the normal/average.
Scary to think that if Brodeur plays out his contract, he might miss playing on the same team as his son by only a couple of years.
