They will have to give him a shot tbh ,winning the first CL in your history and then getting kicked won't give a good message to any "big name" coach who are gonna be offered the job

yeah the turnover rate is high over there. honestly, i wouldn't let him rebuild a team just because he got me a UCL title. A lot of these guys are really up there in age. Gotta get someone who has more experience building quality teams at the helm.

To be fair ,Frank Rijkaard and Pep wasn't experienced and they have built one of the greatest teams ever ,some times you need to take the chance on guys like that

To be fair ,Frank Rijkaard and Pep wasn't experienced and they have built one of the greatest teams ever ,some times you need to take the chance on guys like that

I'd say Rijkaard's situation is much more similar to Di Matteo's. I'm not sure if Di Matteo's 2 months warrants that chance though. Then again, we've seen plenty of experienced managers flop badly.
