btw whats the current rule for when a lousy team unable to finish in a CL spot in their league wins the Cl?
In 2000 madrid won and finished sixth in spain, they ****ed up Real Zaragoza and threw them into uefa cup
in 2005 Liverpool won, had finished bellow 4th, and they allowed the 5 english teams, but made Liverpool play since very early in the preliminar stages in july.
Whats the rule now?
The team in 4th in the BPL goes down to Europa and the CL winner goes straight into the group stages.
Yep, keep going on and on about everything being unfair, when even you were *****ing last year how Man U had an unfair advantage playing almost a home game in the CL final. This year BM literally plays a home game and it's unfair Chelsea win? Make up your mind.
Chelsea is the luckiest team this year... they didn't deserve to beat Napoli, they didn't deserve to beat Barcelona, they didn't deserve to beat Bayern. Well done for winning, but DESERVING to win and actually winning isn't really compatible.
How didn't they DESERVE to beat them if they made comebacks in all 3 ties you mentioned, and they were all fair with no unjust goals/calls going in our favor?
Its simply nauseating.
And lets not forget
Last minute, HAND in your AREA, could have been a penalty and the 3-1
the ref instead goes blind, long pass to Torres ( WHO WAS OFFSIDE) More ref numbness
2-2 and its over.
Its not only luck, uefa shoudl investigate refs and see how many have received some caviar.
You seem to be confusing "lucky" with "mentally stronger than their CL opponents".
How the **** didn't Chelsea deserve to win? They had great comebacks and scored brilliant goals to do so. We had some lucky breaks, but that's the way it goes sometimes. Doesn't mean Chelsea didn't deserve to win.
If they had some bull **** calls go in their favour and some crooked *** refs, then maybe I'd see your point. But that's far from the case.
I don't get hating on Chelsea. It seemed like destiny. Everything fell their way. Napoli's collapse, Robben's PK in extras, etc etc.
Were they horrid domestically? Yes, but that should have no impact on how they fared in Europe.
