Even with age and work ethic its all about how the human body responds to it. Its a tricky situation and even though the knee is a lot less complex than say the shoulder you cant really have a proper time table due to every single injury and recovery is different. I know you know this but just kind of adding on.

i like kate upton 2 i just dont get why society thinks thats the only form of beauty. Fat butt but out of shape isnt sexy either depends on woman's genes and body type.
