I think he comes back right after all star break, he will have about a month full of. "full contact practices".
I'm starting to think he's not handling playing well from a playing standpoint. It's been a week and we're not hearing much. I know that doesn't mean anything because Thibs won't let anything go, but when he says, "It's going to be awhile" it seems like nobody is wowed right now. Does anyone remember the game Rose came back from a long absence in New York and he couldn't do anything at all? I feel like that's what he's trying to work through right now but it's taking awhile.
roto's latest from a few days ago. Nothing new really.Derrick Rose is now doing "controlled games of two-on-two," according to CSN Chicago.
This would be the "next step" in Rose's recovery, which was previously defined as "more contact." There is still no firm timetable for Rose's return, but all reports have been very positive and we expect to see him out there shortly after the All-Star break.
I am so ready for Rose to be back. I can't wait.
Even tho he's not at 100% i bet he still dominantes people in practice

"Derrick, he's a freak of nature," Hamilton said. "I'm serious, man. I seen him dunk one ball the other day, and I said, 'Man, you've got to be kidding.' He just went up, went up off the vertical, threw it in. And he's all humble, like, 'Ah, ha, ha.' But he's getting better every day."

It's coming soon, gentlemen...
It seems like just yesterday he blew that ACL out, now he's stronger, ready, and hungry.
15 years ago... we already witnessed.
