I benched 185 12 times yesterday. I don't post here a ton so I haven't read this entire thread so I'm not sure how it compares to others. But I only weigh like 175 so I thought it was respectable![]()

(thats actually newer version, but same principal. you put weight on the bar, but on the waist belt, then do the pull ups... not sure if i put on 120 if its actually more or less weight cause i dont know what the actually bar weighs that holds the weight.....)

seated dumbbell shoulder press.
110 (110 each dumbbell, 220 total) 3 reps.
the hardest part for me is, i dont have a spotter, so its getting the weight from the floor, up to the starting shoulder position.. i think if i could have someone hand them to me, at shoulder height, i could do alot more reps, and alot more weights.
but, still. im very happy with it.
110x3 seated db shoulder press.

Nice job rawz.
Lifting all that wait on your own is tough. My shoulders are all effed up now but back when I was doing 90s it was a bear getting those things up to shoulder level.
I find it not so hard. I set the DB on my kness, then use my kness to fling them up.

dips. 360 x 1 rep. bw plus 360.
on pit shark.....
so, i know it's probally a bell curve.
i know that if i put on maybe 50-100 pounds, its really heavier then that. at some point though, it makes it lighter, because of how it is set up... but at 360, im sure its actually alot lighter... so what does that translate to free weight? not sure, but its still alot of weight.
here is pic of pit shark. put 4 plates on each side, 8 total, did 1, good quality, full rom rep.
these arent me, just trying to show you what pit shark is, and how it works, etc.

best pic i foung online. exactly what i got, exactly what i do. so, you can see, if it had no weight on it, it be more then no weight. idk.. but still, i havent ever seen anyone in my gym do close to what ive done on it.
and i do dips after flat bench, and incline. so diff. pleased. see my log for detail on this epic workout.

Only PR I've hit in a while is a 565lb Deadlift last week which was a 20lb PR over my previous (although I hit 555 right before I hit 565, so I guess it was only a 10lb PR in total). Thats without straps of course.
I messed up my hip squatting a couple weeks ago, so I havent squat in a while (current max with that is 415lbs set at the end of last year), and I did something to strain my front delt attachment at the clavicle so I cant even bench now in anyway without pain, so my ****** max of a 265lb Pause bench will probably be like that for a while. Somehow I'm still able to military press with zero pain, so I'm going to try a Smolov Jr. routine for Military pressing to keep working my delts and Tri's while my shoulder heals. I was planning on doing a powerlifting meet in April, but I'm not going to be able to hit the numbers I want to hit by then so I'm probably going to just wait (also: I need to heal, and I'm not sure if my shoulder is going to be 100% before then).
But Deadlifts dont hurt at all, so I'm going to attempt a 600+lb pull before I turn 29 (on April 3).
Dead hang pull ups: 32
