    I am currently doing the 5/3/1 program. It is one of the most popular and tried strength routines of the last few years. Plenty of athletes, powerlifters, and bodybuilders have had success with it. It is pretty easy to follow. You can buy the book for $20 or you can get it for free if you know how

    315 by 6 (5 clean, one spot)

    then on the next set:

    365 by 2 (1 clean, one spot)

    Yes it is including the bar.

    3/45lbs and 1/25lb on each side +bar weight.

    Thanks BK!!

    I achieved this by laying off the heavy sets for the whole month of December. I was concentrating on reps as opposed to how heavy I could go. I got some good burn out of it and it definitely helped me achieve the PR i just made.
